Sacrificial Animals: 12 sale points approved
The city district government has selected 12 areas in the district where sacrificial animals can be sold.
Acting DCO Abdul Waheed Ansari on Thursday said that no registration fee would be charged from vendors.
The government will set up tents and provide drinking water, a canteen and fodder for animals at the sale points.
Tehsil municipal officers concerned will monitor the sale points. The areas chosen are: Bakkar Mandi, Dhanola; Millat Road, Faisalabad; Mela Mandi Ground, Chak No235-RB, Samundri; Chenchalwala near the seepage drain bridge on Jhang Road; Baseline Jawad Club, Narowala Road, Faisalabad; opposite T & T Colony, Satiyana Road; opposite Shama Petrol Pump near Veterinary Hospital Jaranwala; Railway Ground, Jaranwala; near the seepage drain, Jaranwala Road, Khurarianwala; Canal Road near Eidgah, Tandlianwala; Bungalow Chowk Bakkar Mandi, Mamau Kanjan and Railway Godown near railway station Chak Jhumra.
