LANDI KOTAL: Two militants were gunned down by peace volunteers of Touheedul Islam (TI) in Bazar Zakhakhel of Landikotal subdivision. Shahid Afridi, an official of the political administration, said that in the early hours of the morning, TI members killed two militants of Lashkar-e-Islam (LI). The official identified the militants as Abdul Bacha and Amir, belonging to Akka Khel tribe in tehsil Bara. A TI commander said he killed the militants to avenge the murder of rebel commander Ghuncha Gul, of Mangal Bagh group.
