Pcb wall: LHC seeks building plan

PCB counsel informed the court that Gulberg town municipal officer had approved the new building plan for the wall.

LAHORE: Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu of the Lahore High Court has asked officials to produce the approved building plan for a wall around the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) office at Gaddafi Stadium on October 22. The court was hearing a contempt petition moved by the PCB against the Gulberg Town Municipal Administration over the demolition of a wall around its office, allegedly in violation of court orders. On Tuesday, PCB counsel Syed Taffazul H Rizvi informed the court that the Gulberg town municipal officer had approved the new building plan for the wall and had issued a no objection certificate.
