Fulfilling my duty as a Pakistani by voicing concern about Balochistan: Sharif
Speaking at Asma Jehangir’s residence in Lahore where he had gone for condolence, Sharif said that the Balochistan issue is of a sensitive nature and that it needed attention as the matter had already been delayed a lot.
Concurring with Sharif’s statement, Jehangir said that it was quite strange that PPP leaders were demanding that he take the responsibility although it was currently ruling the country.
Sharif said, “I want to give this message to the government that I am not deliberately criticising its governance - I am doing this for national interest, not for any personal gains. The government could have easily done a lot in its tenure of over 4.5 years.”
Countering PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira’s statement about withdrawing Frontier Corps (FC) from Balochistan, the PML-N leader said, “The entire country keeps talking about missing persons … who are they? Why are they apprehended? This is the duty of the incumbent government to take notice of all this so at least the wounds of Balochistan can be bandaged.”
He said that the government should take notice of the declining security situation in Balochistan while the locals were still demanding betterment as it will be the government that will lose the very chance of even meeting their demands.
Sharif said that if Baloch chieftain Nawab Akbar Bugti was murdered in the previous government’s tenure, then this government should at least “expose the culprit” and do justice to his family.
The PML-N leader said that if the government thinks that the presence of FC is hampering the process of free and fair elections in the province, then it should be removed by the government.

Nawaz Sharif has to be the biggest opportunist I've ever seen or even heard of. 1) Zia-ul-Haq's political child who used to attend his barsi and is now "against" military takeovers. I smell a rat and not just a fish. 2) Someone please remind him that he was the one who dismissed Sardar Akhtar Mengal's govt. in 1997. 3) Also tell him Akhtar Mengal can't win more than 1 NA seat from Baluchistan max so Mengal can't speak for all of Baluchistan. 4) Ask him about the military operation in Karachi in which thousands of innocent civilians were massacred under his regime. Some of them are still missing. The motive was simple he wanted industry to shift from Karachi to Punjab. 5) Finally please ask him about his stance on Kalabagh Dam to make the matter crystal clear. Is he a representative of the federation like he alledges or just a representative of the central and northern parts of a particular province?
When Nawaz Sharif talks about the Supreme Court, Democracy, and Human Rights, please remember it is a concoction of fraud, deceit and hypocrisy personified.
These cherished institutions of humanity are nothing but inanimate expressions of the PML N to curry political mileage. Salams

Don't sit on your sofa and pass comments about Bloach. If you are brave visit the area and ask the people by itself. Last time I checked most of the politicians sit in drawing rooms and decide on country politics based on reports of news media.
nawaz shareef is corrupt politician and dishonest person. What he has done for pakistan and Baluchistan we all know. Shame on you shareef, you are once again trying to make fool people of pakistan and people of Baluchistan. But God is great. Allah ke han der he andheer nehen. The corruption and dishonesty you have done with this nation will be accounted for sooner or later. Inshallah, you will have to answer for all your wrong doings with this nation
Sharif has learned a lot in exile. He is the only political leader who has the will and capability to solve Baluchistan issue
Should appreciate the dtance of mr Sharif. We should do anything to bring peace in Balochistan and especially in Pakistan by addressing every issue.
we understand why you are supporting only few sardars of Balochistan. The province is a pluralistic society of Pushtuns, Hazaras and others.
