The protest resolution against the anti-Islam film has been presented to the US Embassy.
The lawyers managed to enter the heavily-guarded diplomatic enclave up to the gate of the US Embassy despite Section 144 being imposed in the federal capital.
According to Express News correspondent Qamarul Munawar, participants of the rally offered Friday prayers at Constitution Avenue before proceeding towards the diplomatic enclave.
Earlier, the lawyers had gathered outside Parliament House and had chanted slogans against the film. They had also handed over a “condemning resolution” to Senator Hilal Khan outside the National Assembly.
About 600 officials of police have been deployed at the Red Zone along with the anti-riot force. Rangers have been tasked to maintain security inside diplomatic enclave.
A student rally which was meant to gather outside the US Embassy started at Faisal Moqsue, but dispersed shortly after.

who needs illiterate people when we have so called lawyers like this who shower rose petals on the murderer of the person he was being paid to protect.

Why are diplomatic enclaves in Pakistan not protected? In India, we have provided special places for diplomats. And we have with the latest cutting edge Indian technology, we have made them portable by installing wind powered porto-solo-mechanic evasion system so that people who mean harm to our guests can keep guessing the location. The locations have also been dis-linked from GPS and are not included on maps. Indian's own locally made indigenous Russian and French aircraft circle the compunds 24/7.
I think these were the group of lawyers who gathered for Mumtaz Qadri as well
a bigot with a sole purpose to vilify a religion made a film. So what America can do ? Why they will be subjected to be abused ?
They should put on their shoes and get back to work .
