Customer engagement: PTCL holds awareness campaign

PTCL sales teams organised floats in various commercial areas of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

ISLAMABAD: In a brand activation drive, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) launched a week-long customer engagement and awareness campaign in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, says a press release. As part of the campaign, PTCL sales teams organised floats in various commercial areas including Saddar, Commercial Market, Bank Road, Fifth Road, F-11, Dubai Plaza, Westridge and Kahana Pul where customers experienced the company’s innovative products and packages through demonstrations given by its staff. The campaign also featured door-to-door marketing by highly trained staff offering customers firsthand experience of PTCL products and services. According to the release, customers also placed orders during the door-to-door marketing campaign.
