Solidarity: Hindus protest against sacrilegious film

US has hurt the sentiments of a billion-plus Muslims across the world: Speakers

CHAMAN: In a show of solidarity, the Hindu community staged a vehement protest against the anti-Islam film here on Saturday. Holding anti-US placards and banners, a large number of minority community members staged a sit-in at Shuhada Chowk against the blasphemous film that has caused a slew of demonstrations against the US across the Muslim world. Highlighting the hypocrisy of the US government, speakers said that while the US champions the cause of liberty and human rights, it has hurt the sentiments of a billion-plus Muslims across the world.
