Raising awareness: Ozone layer preservation marked by UN

ISLAMABAD: The United Nations’ International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer will be celebrated on September 16 to focus attention and action at global, regional and national levels on the protection of the ozone layer. Activities will be organised by different community groups, individuals, schools and local organisations including the promotion of ozone friendly products, special programs and events on saving the ozone layer.
