Fatal accident: Tractor smashes into wall, kills two

FAISALABAD: Two children died under the debris of a wall that collapsed after it was hit by a tractor in Nishatabad area on Tuesday. Police said the wall collapsed after it was hit by a speeding tractor. They said the tractor driver, Waqqar Ahmed, a resident of Chak 100-JB, hit into the wall while trying to avoid a motorcycle rickshaw coming from the opposite direction. The deceased children were identified as Aman Ashraf, 13 and Zohaib Zulfiqar, 12. Another child, Azeem Masih, 10, who had been caught under the debris was pulled out alive by a Rescue 1122 team. He was later taken to Allied Hospital where he was stated to be in a critical condition. Police have seized the tractor and are now searching the nearby areas for arresting the driver.
