
Two bullet-riddled bodies were found from Mullagori area in Khyber agency on Thursday.
Political Administration (PA) officer, Shakeel Umerzai, said that a resident of Do Zaga village informed them about two bodies being dumped on a roadside by unidentified assailants.
Police recovered the NICs from the bodies, which identified the dead as Muhammad Daud, resident of Adezai and Liaqat Ali, resident of Azakhel area.
The officer said that both bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Jamrud for autopsy, but no one had come to claim the bodies until Thursday night. “If their relatives do not show up, the political administration will have to bury them in a graveyard in Jamrud,” he added.
Similar cases were reported on Wednesday when two bodies were found in gunny bags in Nowshera and Charsadda districts.
