Promoting interfaith harmony can ensure peace in the world; hatred breeds nothing except disintegration and devastation. These views were expressed by speakers at a function held in Islamabad, said a press release issued by Inter-faith Harmony and Peace Society Islamabad.
The speakers said people and different societies can be brought closer by not interfering or criticizing others’ religions. Creating and promoting fraternity and harmony among various communities can help ensure peace and prosperity in society.
Pastor Hamilton from USA said that by promoting religious harmony and peace among various region and communities, the tendencies of extremism and hatred can be reduced.
