A local judicial magistrate court gave the suspected murderer of Pashto singer Ghazala Javed into police custody for a two-day physical remand. Jahangir, Javed’s ex-husband, was arrested during a raid in Hindko Daman on Wednesday.
He was apprehended in suspicion of killing his former wife and her father in Shah Qabool on June 17.
Jahangir was produced before the court of Judicial Magistrate Adil Akbar on Thursday, who put him in police custody.
