ISLAMABAD: The 16th death anniversary of veteran television actress Khalida Riyasat was observed with reverence on Sunday. Khalida appeared on television screens in the late ‘70s and within a short span made a huge impact on the audiences with her startling performances. She played the lead role in the detective series‚ ‘Naam Daar’. She died of cancer on August 26‚ 1996 at the age of 43.
