QUETTA: Three people were killed in a firing incident on Arbab Karam Khan Road in Quetta on Thursday.

According to a police official, unknown armed men opened fire near a flour mill in the area, killing three.

The dead were shifted to a local hospital, while rescue officers have been called in.

On August 16, a private security guard was killed and eight others sustained serious injuries when explosives planted in a hotel on Joint Road in Quetta exploded.

Police said miscreants had planted explosives beneath a table in Mir hotel.

@Complex: You mean there would be one shia state in every city and in some cases every village. You think that shias are being killed for the sake of Sunnis. Wrong. The terrorist have their own agenda. They are doing it for some one from whom they are getting benifits. No Sunni wants to see his shia brother hurt and vice versa. Its a terrorism and terrorism has no religon though they always use religon for their nefarious designs.
