Murder trial: Qadir dakait case to be heard on Aug 23

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court-III rescheduled the hearing in Qadir alias Dakait’s case to August 23.

The investigating officer in the case had applied for a new hearing date because he did not have a forensics report as yet. Qadir alias Dakait is facing charges of murder, attempted murder, assault or using criminal force to prevent public servants from working, using explosives and common intent under the Pakistan Penal Code, sections 3 and 4 of the Explosives Act and under section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
