@Muhammad Usman: I think so, yes. A good many politicians use their time in office to erect various things occasionally of use to the public to which they attach their name as though they personally were the benefactors. I can think of two instances locally, including a public park officially named after the two state legislators who pushed the money through the legislature to get it established. It is greatly enjoyed by the public, who do not begrudge them the reminder of their benefactor-in-fact, of not in law. The concession to the egos of politicians is accepted for its public benefit.

If corruption were involved, the public might choose to rename it, as well as prosecute the corrupt actor.

Rehman Malik should closely investigate that no fraud was involved and that this young man indeed performed as he is supposed to have! No cheating, no bribes, no hanky-panky. No upstaging by Punjab of the Federal Government! Here at last is a task worthy of Rehman Malik's convoluted mind and even more questionable talents!
