KARACHI: The police has finalised security arrangements for Youm-e-Ali on the 21st of Ramazan (Friday). Around 400 police officers and functionaries of the Sindh reserve police, 360 commandos and personnel from specialised units will be deployed at procession routes such as Nishtar Park to Sharae Faisal via Empress Market, Tibet Centre, Kharadar and Bolton Market. Sindh IG Fayyaz Laghari has directed fire brigades, ambulances and bomb disposal squads to be present at the route.
