LAHORE: The Punjab Paramedics Alliance (PPA) has thanked the government for giving a health allowance to paramedics in grades 1-4, but demanded that it also accept their demands for changes to their service structure. At a PPA meeting on Tuesday, Chairman Malik Munir said that health support staff in grades 1-17 should also be given an appropriate service structure, while paramedics in grades 1-4 should be given a health risk allowance.
