Kidnapping For Ransom: ATC issues non-bailable warrants

Two warrants were issued for Azam Mansoor and Mohammad Rafiq.

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court-III issued non-bailable warrants for suspects in two separate cases. Two warrants were issued for Azam Mansoor and Mohammad Rafiq, accused in a 2012 case registered at the Gizri police station of kidnapping for ransom, common intent and abetment. The next hearing is scheduled for August 30. The court also issued a non-bailable warrant for Mohammad Zeeshan, accused in a 2011 case of murder, common intent and robbery. Zeeshan is an absconder in the case, registered at the Jamshed Quarters police station, while two other men implicated are currently in jail. The court will hear the case on August 24.
