Crime: Woman goes missing; man looted; bike snatched

The police registered a case against the women but are yet to arrest them.

ISLAMABAD:


A woman went missing, a man was deprived of foreign currency and a motorcycle was snatched from a man in the Airport area during the last 24 hours.

In the first incident, Syed Zafarul Hassan lodged a report with the police that his wife was missing when he returned home from work. He suspected that she might have been abducted by Nusrat Bibi* and Tauqeer Bibi. The police registered a case against the women but are yet to arrest them.


Meanwhile, Habibur Rehman lodged a report with the same police that he was waiting for a taxi in the parking lot of Benazir Bhutto Airport when pickpockets deprived him of Saudi riyal 8,000, insurance cards and other valuables.

Muhammad Sarmad lodged a report with the police that two armed motorcyclists intercepted him in Chaklala and snatched his bike.
