NA panel told: Thar coal project employees go unpaid

ISLAMABAD: Dr Samar Mubarik Mand has told the National Assembly Standing Committee on Science and Technology, members that the Thar coal project was delayed due to non-disbursement of funds and its employees have been working without salary for the last two months.
