Development: Industrial cities along motorway soon

Cities to be equipped with latest gadgets which will attract foreign investors and generate new job opportunities.

FAISALABAD: The Punjab government would establish industrial cities along the motorway, Industries Department Economic Adviser Malik Javed Iqbal said on Monday. Addressing a departmental meeting, he said the sites would be selected after a comprehensive survey along the motorway. He said that the Planning and Development Department had also been directed to prepare viable and workable proposals in this regard. He said industrial cities would be equipped with latest gadgets and equipment of international standards which will not only attract foreign investors but also generate new job opportunities.
