FAISALABAD: Police have registered water theft cases against several farmers. Some of the suspects were identified in Qamar Zaman Baloch’s complaint as Yaqoob, Sher, Shubhan, Bashir, Piyaray Khan, Naseer, Nasir, Zubair and Muhammad Shafi. Baloch accused these farmers of stealing water from Chak 501-GB, 510-GB, 511-GB and 550-GB to irrigate their farms.
