Anti-Terrorist Court: TNSM chief case hearing adjourned

PESHAWAR: Hearing of six cases against Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Sufi Muhammad was adjourned till July 16 following the appointment of a new Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Judge.

Proceedings of cases involving attacks on security forces convoys, holding public gatherings and attacks on different police stations were scheduled to be heard on Monday.

Adil Majeed, counsel to Sufi Muhammad, told the media that as ATC Judge Shoaib Khan had replaced Judge Asim Inam, on Monday, proceedings had been deferred.
