KARACHI: The directors general of Intelligence Bureau, Military Intelligence and Inter-Services Intelligence were put on notice on Monday by the Sindh High Court in a missing person case.

The court also summoned the defence secretary, home secretary and the Sindh Inspector General of Police on July 30. On Monday, justices Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Salahuddin Panhwar heard a petition filed by Dildar, who maintained that his brother Mumtaz Awan was missing since April 22 and the family apprehended that Awan was taken away by SP Fayyaz Khan. After hearing the petitioner’s counsel, the judges ordered that summons be issued to the cited respondents.
