Crime: Man admits to killing niece

Killed niece over suspicions about her character.

BAHAWALPUR: Bangla Manthaar police have registered a murder case against a man who surrendered himself to the police on Friday night and admitted to having killed his niece over suspicions about her character. Ghafoor Abbasi, a resident of Chak 239P, said he had shot and injured Saima Bibi and taken her to the hospital before giving himself in to the police.  The woman later died at Sadiqabad district headquarters (DHQ) hospital.
