CID arrest seven target killers in Karachi

Alleged killers confessed to killing five Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) workers: CID.

KARACHI: The Crime Investigation Department (CID) on Sunday arrested seven allegedly politically affiliated target killers in the city along with weapons, Express News reported. 

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) CID Fayyaz Khan, the arrested include Hassan Ali, Fahim, Salim, Abdul Rauf alias ‘Lamba’, Danish, Azadi Khan and Syed Salik Siraj.

CID officials also recovered a heavy cache of weapons from the arrested, including one Kalashnikov, six TT pistols and 320 cartridges along with 500 grams of heroin and three stolen cars.

The SSP said that during interrogation, the alleged killers had confessed to killing eight people in different areas of the city, including five Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) workers.

The names of the killed were Peshimam Qari Jameel, Arshad, Hanif Qadri, Hameed, Jaffar, Kashif, Haji Farid and Syed Gul.

Why police/CID hide faces of the criminals. What is the reason ?

I wonder, why 'the' target killers don't get arrested who kill PPP, ANP, Sunni Tehreek workers. Only those get arrested who kill MQM activists.
