Bomb kills 4 FC personnel in Bara: Officials

PESHAWAR: A remote-controlled bomb blast killed four paramilitary troops and wounded six others Thursday in Bara, officials said.

The incident took place in Bara, the main town in Khyber.

"The roadside bomb targeted the two FC (Frontier Corps) vehicles, which were on a routine patrol in the area, killing four paramilitary troops and wounding six others," a spokesman for the force told AFP.

Local government official Nasir Khan also confirmed the incident and casualties.
