New Zealand’s Alan Isaac will take over responsibilities from Sharad Pawar as the new International Cricket Council (ICC) president at the body’s five-day Annual Conference starting today. The announcement is expected to be made next week when the Indian’s tenure will come to an end, according to the Times of India. “Isaac will take over as president from Pawar who completes his two-year term at the end of the week,” said the ICC in a statement. “The Council will also be required to confirm the appointment of David Richardson as successor to Lorgat as the Chief Executive.”
