Declared assets: Rs62million
Political career: Elected twice from NA-51, Gujjar Khan. Appointed federal minister for water and power after the 2008 elections. Was again appointed a minister in the recently-dissolved cabinet.
Controversy: Faces corruption allegation for receiving kickbacks in rental power projects and buying properties in London. The Supreme Court also directed NAB to take action against Ashraf for his alleged involvement in rental power case.

our rulers are from us. we the people, who elect them. To have best rulers, we need to make ourself best. That is the only way by which we can make our country a progressive country.
I heard some PPP leaders praising their leadership (AAZ, of course) for making a middle class person the PM.
Well, how many middle class in Pakistan hold "declared" assets worth Rs 62 million???

Allah Bless Pakistan, it is because of our own deeds that corrupted and inefficient people are ruling over us, we should not blame others, we have to look into ourselves.
So is this a pre-requisite for a PM? Must be invovled in a corruption case!!
