KARACHI:
The Pakistan under-22 team wrapped up the Bahrain training tour with a comfortable win as they defeated Al-Hala Club 3-1. Muhammad, Sher Mohammad and Rashid Ali were the goal-scorers for Pakistan. The team showed improvement in the two-match series in Bahrain as they played out a goal-less draw in their first match before winning the second. The series was planned as part of preparations for the AFC U22 Championship Qualifiers that will start from June 23 in Saudi Arabia. Pakistan will leave for Riyadh today to take part in the Group B matches with Kyrgyzstan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and Syria.
