KARACHI: Three bullet ridden bodies stuffed in gunny bags were recovered from Lyari’s Mirza Adam Khan road in Karachi on Monday, Express News reported.

The three people were allegedly kidnapped and tortured before they were shot, and stuffed into gunny bags.

Their bodies were discovered in a car parked, near a garbage container on the road, by rescue workers who shifted the bodies to the Civil Hospital with the help of police.

Recently Karachi has been in the grip of violence with target killings taking place almost on a daily basis.

Earlier in the day at least four people were killed and eight injured in separate incidents of firing in Karachi, particularly Gulistan-e-Jauhar which remained tense after the killing of Awami National Party’s (ANP) Liaquat Bangash alias Liaquat Tension on Sunday.
