Special needs: Teacher training course
The Inclusive Education, was aimed at training teachers in understanding the psychology of special children
LAHORE:
Rising Sun Education and Welfare Society (RSE&WS), a non-governmental organisation, has designed a course for capacity building of school teachers to enable them to educate special students in schools in the province. RSE&WS marketing manager Saima Jillani said the course, The Inclusive Education, was aimed at training teachers in understanding the psychology of special children and introducing various teaching methods and their implications. The society will impart training to 700 teachers this year for the education of 7,000 special children in various schools of the city.
