Atc Hearings: Kidnapping and extortion cases heard

The Anti-Terrorism Court III heard the testimonies of two witnesses in the alleged kidnapping of a minor in 2010.

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court III heard the testimonies of two witnesses in the alleged kidnapping of a minor in 2010. The accused, Khair Mohammad, was charged with kidnapping and common intent. The witnesses, alleged victim and his father, identified Mohammad, as being responsible for the kidnapping. The case will next be heard on July 11. On Monday, the ATC III also heard the testimony of two witnesses in an alleged case of extortion. The accused, Mohammad Asif and Javed, reportedly tried to extort Rs200,000 from a doctor.
