LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Malik Tariq Mehmood Zargham fixed June 12 for the framing of charges against the three owners of Orient Labs concerning the deaths of 26 workers in a factory collapse in February. The accused asked the court not to frame the charges until a case regarding the factory collapse in the Lahore High Court is decided. The judge was to frame charges at the last hearing, but the accused took the plea that they had not engaged a lawyer yet.  In an FIR registered at Sabzazar police station, brothers Zaheer, Zafar and Zubair Iqbal are accused of offences under Sections 302 (murder), 324 (attempted murder), 290 (public nuisance), 291 (continued public nuisance), 427 (mischief) and 149 (collective responsibility) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
