KARACHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday suspended the conflicting and contradictory rulings of the Sindh High Court (SHC) in various cases involving transfers and postings of government officials. A division bench of the apex court comprising Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany and Justice Gulzar Ahmed noted that SHC benches were different and facts before them were also not the same, rather suppressed by either the petitioners or respondents. The petitions and litigations pertain to transfers and postings from different provincial government departments or from federal to provincial government.
