Rivalry: Man shot dead by two motorcyclists

Police said the man was apparently killed over a business rivalry.

SAHIWAL: Two unidentified assailants shot and killed a trader on Monday. Police said Sajjad Murtaza was shot by two men on a motorcycle in Siddique Nagar on Noor Shah Road that leads to Faisalabad. They said he was on his way to Yarewala from Shadman Town on his motorcycle. Some passers-by took him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a few hours later. Police said the man was apparently killed over a business rivalry. An FIR was registered by the family of the deceased against unidentified assailants. No arrests have been made so far.
