Accident: Cotton factory burns

Police said the fire started by an electric short circuit.

FAISALABAD: A cotton factory was reduced to ashes in Khurarianwala area on Tuesday. Police said the fire at a spinning mill on Lahore Road was started by an electric short circuit. It spread to other parts of the factory within minutes. Before the fire was put out cotton worth hundreds of thousands of rupees was burned. No one was injured in the incident.
