Performance evaluation: NIT urges managers to meet targets

LAHORE: A special meeting was held in Lahore with the branch manager of National Investment Trust (NIT) (North Zone) to evaluate sales performance of NIT branches, operating in the northern region, says a press release. The meeting was chaired by Chairman and MD Wazir Ali Khoja. In his opening remarks, Khoja said despite revision of targets in the previous quarter, in consultation with the respective branch managers, the given targets are yet to be achieved by many branches. He urged the managers to meet their target within the given timeframe. The targets include NIT ATM cards, conversion of physical units to electronic units, sales and new accounts. Speaking about the Hajj scheme for employees, he said now six couples will perform Hajj instead of three. The MD also distributed share certificates issued under the Benazir Employees Stock Option Scheme among eligible employees.
