Armed robbery: Cash, 180 grams of gold taken

RAWALPINDI: In a daring house robbery, five armed men stormed into a house in the Sector III of the Airport Housing Society and took 180 grams of gold and Rs0.45 million in cash. Abrar Ahmed Khan, the victim, said he was parking his car in the garage when the robbers entered the house and pointed guns on him. “The gunmen pulled me out from the car and frisked me,” he told the police. After taking Rs85,000 from him, the robbers entered the house and took away gold and cash, he added. The Airport police registered a case.
