Accident: Pedestrian hit by truck dies

Abdul Jabar, 50, a resident of Johara village, was hit by a tractor while crossing a road.

BAHAWALPUR: Abdul Jabar, 50, a resident of Johara village, was hit by a tractor while crossing a road. Passers-by took him to the Shaikh Zayed Hospital where he passed away. The tractor driver fled. Police said the body had been sent for an autopsy and a case registered against the driver. They said a raiding team had been formed to arrest the suspect.
