Urban management: Case against 2 for illegal construction

FAISALABAD: Madina Town police have registered a case against two men for violation of Article 141 of the Local Government Ordinance. In his complaint against the two men, Faisalabad Development Authority Cement Inspector Muhammad Irshad said they had failed to get the FDA’s approval for construction of a building in Zia Town. This, he said, was a violation of the Local Government Ordinance.
