PESHAWAR: Kohat XI Club thrashed Kabir Club by 28 runs in the NBP Twenty20 Inter-Club Cricket Tournament. Batting first, Kohat XI Club scored 135 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Openers Muhammad Amir and Zeeshan shared a 64-run partnership with Amir scoring 39 and Zeeshan making 25. For Kabir Club Muhammad Tariq, Saif Ullah and Niamat Ullah took two wickets each. In reply, Kabir Club were all out for 108 in 16.5 overs. Tariq top-scored with 41 comprising five boundaries and one six while Niamat made 29. For Kohat XI, Alam and Muhammad Bilal took three wickets each while Imran took two wickets. Imran was declared man-of-the match.
