ISLAMABAD:

Speakers at a seminar on Wednesday highlighted the need for awareness and education about the increasing threat of cyber crimes and cyber terrorism.

The seminar was organised by the students of BS Software Engineering of International Islamic University (IIU). More than 250 students attended the seminar, which was titled “Cyber Secure Pakistan”.

With the increasing growth of Information Technology in the country, it has become imperative to educate the masses about the misuse of internet and how it can compromise their security, a speaker said.
