Road accident: Two killed, seven injured

The van driver lost control of the vehicle while taking a sharp turn, said the police.

UPPER DIR: Two people were killed and seven others injured when a passenger van fell into a deep ravine on Sunday. The incident occurred at Yatarak area of Kohistan when the van driver lost control of the vehicle while taking a sharp turn, said the police. The van was coming to Yatarak from Yasin village. One of the deceased was identified as Muhammad Karim, while the names of the remaining victims could not be ascertained. The injured were taken to District Headquarters Hospital, where the condition of two victims is stated to be critical.
