Gunned Down: Nine men killed, 4 others injured

A man identified as 30-year-old Muzammil Khan, his cousin Imran and Ghayas Rasheed were killed.

KARACHI: At least nine people were gunned down in the city on Saturday. A man identified as 30-year-old Muzammil Khan, his cousin Imran and Ghayas Rasheed were killed when men on a motorcycle opened fire at a meat shop in Kati Pahari. The police claim that Muzammil used to run the meat shop and Imran used to work with him. A man identified as 28-year-old Farman was shot dead in Aligarh Bazaar while Saleem was gunned down in Orangi Town no.1. In Sharae Faisal, an employee of a private airline was gunned down near Dalmia. The owner of a general store was shot dead in Railway Colony, said the Jackson police. The unidentified body of a young man was found near Jama Cloth Market. A man identified as Javed Khan was killed in Maymar Complex on Super Highway. Four men, including two political workers, were injured in a group clash in Lines Area.
