ISLAMABAD:

Over 40 young anchors were given awards and certificates upon completing a two-day workshop under the talent hunt programme of Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) here on Thursday.

The workshop was held in collaboration with the Ministry of National Heritage and Integration.

While distributing the awards, PNCA Director General Tauqeer Nasir said the idea behind the programme was to provide a platform to students so they could use their energies to explore their inner abilities.

The project was initiated for the Talent Bank of PNCA, in which a large number of students participate on a regular basis. Experts conduct workshops in performing arts at the PNCA.
