Snooker: PBSA organises U19 coaching camp

KARACHI: A coaching camp for Sindh under-19 players, organised by the Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA), got underway at the Sindh Sports Complex in Hyderabad yesterday. Twenty players will undergo training that is divided into two phases. Former national champion Khurram Hussain Agha has been appointed coach while Naveed Kapadia will coordinate the camp. Meanwhile, PBSA President Alamgir Sheikh said the camp was an idea of Sports Minister for Sindh Dr Mohammad Ali Shah. “He said that he’s ready to fund the camp,” Sheikh told The Express Tribune. “If we get similar funds and support from other provinces then we we’ll have no problem in expanding this project.”
