True sons of the soil (II)
ISLAMABAD:
Ammar Zafarullah’s article of August 7 is well-written. But even as I say that, I also know there is really no point in writing such articles. We all know that things will remain the same. I wish I could say that that a majority of Pakistanis shared the writer’s sentiments but I can’t because Pakistanis are intolerant, bigoted people with no empathy. Each individual looks out only for himself. Don’t get me wrong, I am still a proud Pakistani but things have to change drastically for us to become a just, powerful and united nation.
