According to an Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) press release issued on Monday, ground-penetrating radar teams have scanned a total of 176 points at various locations and identified 44 points for excavation.
Excavation and physical search continues at all locations and all efforts are being made to maintain the pace of work despite challenges.
A protection band was being made between an artificial lake and the avalanche to prevent inundation of excavated site.

Now am being kind of having some scamy feelings..........is this really happened????
This is so sad. Why wasnt more equipment dispatched immediately when the incident occured. The maximum chance of finding some one is within the first 2-3 days. Army or no army they are all so incompetetent and must be held accountable for the lives lost. All this nonsense that Pakistan has the best army in the world is all nonsense if you put in a half baked effort to bring the soldiers back home. Shameful and sad.
They all are alive....
@Meekal Ahmed: the absence of comments says a lot for our people. Who cares?
What's there to say? 24 days after the avalanche, not one body has been found. There's nothing positive to say on the matter, about the conduct or progress of the recovery operation. People find it better to refrain from saying anything than to say something about the vaunted efficiency of our army that can be construed as negative due to the number of lives lost. Better to move on...
this is very sad and so avoidable.

Ya Allah we will not despair, and give up, your mercy is greater than all our sins combined.
